Fresh, distinctive flavours with produce straight from the farmers market where possible. Food in harmony with our environment is the essence of our cuisine.

We endeavour to use line caught seafood, locally sourced meat and poultry with herbs, fruit and vegetables which are harvested according to the season.

Menus are tailored to suit individual guests' tastes and dietary needs.
